The Food Industries Welfare Association (FIWA) was conceived in 2017 and formally launched in April 2018 under the leadership of Dr. Girish Gupta and other founding members. Registered under The Societies Registration Act, 1860 as an all-India level society, FIWA is dedicated to the benefit and upliftment of medium and small-scale enterprises engaged in the Indian food processing sector.
FIWA works to support industry stakeholders by promoting growth, facilitating access to training, and advocating for policies that improve ease of doing business across the food processing ecosystem.
Actively representing the interests of food processing and MSME stakeholders across policy, compliance, and sector development initiatives.
Delivering structured training, workshops, and knowledge programs to strengthen technical skills and operational efficiency.
